Q & A
Hi Kelly Yes, a herringbone style is just a layout design. All rectangle-shaped tiles can be laid this way. Kind Regards Walls and Floors
Hi Paul, Thank you for your query. There are internal. Kind Regards Walls and Floors
Hi Fiona Thank you for your query. So long as the walls were prepared as per British Standards recommendations and the right type of adhesive is used then these would be fine on the wall of a shower. Kind regards Walls and Floors
Hi Heather These tiles have a matt finish but not an anti-slip surface. If you require a wood effect tile with an anti-slip surface please follow this link https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/catalogsearch/result/?q=anti-slip%20wood for some options Kind Regards Walls and Floors
Hi Ian We have double checked the exact depth as 7mm seemed a little too thin. Having reviewed the tiles in the warehouse, they are 9mm thick at the deepest point, but the pressed edge does dip down to 7,5mm at the very edge. The website has now been amended to 9mm to reflect the nominal depth, and we apologise for any confusion this may have caused. As for tile durability, the thickness should have no bearing. All tiles, regardless of depth need to be fixed with full coverage of adhesive, to ensure that there are no voids or air-pockets beneath them, that could potentially cause a weak-spot. With the full support of the adhesive, a 7mm tile will perform just the same as a 9 or 10mm equivalent. If you have any other questions or wish to discuss your project in more detail, please call our sales team on 01536 314730, and they will be more than happy to help you. Regards Walls And Floors
