The benefits of tiles over natural wood
Wood effect tiles have many advantages over natural wooden floors. They're more durable than real wood, and they're easier to maintain! They're ideal for use with electric underfloor heating and are better for the environment - trees are saved by using engineered wood effect porcelain floor tiles over real trees.

Q & A
Hi Yvonne, Yes, these can be used in a bathroom. Kind Regards, Walls and Floors
Hi Katie Although these tiles are made of porcelain, we wouldn't recommend using them outside as they don't have an anti-slip rating so we wouldn't be able to confirm how safe they would be when wet. Kind Regards Walls and Floors
Hi Martin Thanks for your query. We will be getting more in and the lead time is about 4-5 weeks. I have sent over a best price quote in the meantime for you. Kind regards Walls and Floors
Hi Ishmael These tiles have an R9 anti-slip rating, which is the lowest but will be fine in dry conditions. However, can become slippery when wet or when walking over with wet footwear. The tiles are porcelain so can be you could router ga tread into the surface. Or alternatively you could use a stair-nosing trim such as this, to protect the tile edge from damage, whilst giving extra slip resistance: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/stair-nosings-aluminium-tile-in-genesis-matt-silver-nosing-9354 https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/schluter-trep-stair-nosings-schluter-trep-e-stainless-steel-stair-nosing https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/schluter-trep-stair-nosings-schluter-trep-b-aluminium-12mm-stair-nosing-trim If you wish to discuss your project in more detail or to arrange samples or a quotation, please call our Sales team on 01536 314730 or request a call-back via the link below, and they will be more than happy to help you. https://ideas.wallsandfloors.co.uk/request-a-callback Regards Walls And Floors
