Q & A
Hi Mary We would not recommend using these outdoors as they are ceramic and do not have an anti-slip rating. For outdoors, we would recommend a porcelain tile with an anti-slip rating of R10 or above. Kind regards Walls and Floors
Hey Clare, Unfortunately, we do not. We only sell tiles and offer technical assistance on products.
Hi Neeru Yes, these are a glazed ceramic tile so can be used on any wall, including shower enclosures. They do not require any sealing or maintenance. Kind Regards Walls and Floors
Hi Adele, These tiles are not anti-slip, however, because they have matt finish, they will naturally have slight grip on them. I would advise ordering a sample to ensure that the tiles are suitable for your project. Kind regards,
Hi Stu, These tile are suitable for all domestic internal situations including floors and walls in bathrooms. For floors, the matt finish gives a degree of slip resistance when wet, but we would always recommend obtaining a sample to ensure suitability for your project before ordering. Regards Walls And Floors
Hi Pete, I understand you have also posed this question to my colleague Justine. These tiles as yet have not been PTV tested. However this can be done on request in 3-4 working days. If required, please let Justine know and we'll endeavor to obtain the results as soon as possible for you. Regards, Walls and Floors
Hi Karen, The adhesive depends on the substrate you are tiling on to, but our Uniflex is suitable for almost all wall and floor tiling installations. The grout colour is down to personal preference but the most common complementary colour for this range is the Mapei Ultracolour Cement Grey, https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/toolshed-tile-adhesive-uniflex-white-wall-floor-tile-adhesive-20kg https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/mapei-ultracolour-plus-grout-ultracolour-plus-113-cement-grey-tile-grout If you require any further assistance or wish to discuss your project in more detail, please contact our sales team on 01536 314730 and we will be more than happy to help.
